2. Scope of Services
We provide marketing services to clients under written agreement or digital proposal. Services may include:
- Technical SEO
- Multilingual content creation
- Link-building and outreach
- Digital PR campaigns
- Strategy and consulting
Details of specific services, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a formal proposal or agreement prior to engagement.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and access where necessary (e.g. website, CMS, analytics)
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
- Make timely payments as agreed in the proposal or invoice
- Refrain from making unauthorised modifications to campaign elements during active engagement
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest of 2% per month on the outstanding amount
- Instalment plans may be offered and are legally binding once agreed
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Projects may be cancelled by either party with 14 days’ written notice
- Refunds are not issued for work already delivered or resources already allocated
- If a retainer or package is cancelled mid-term, the client will be invoiced for completed work at pro-rata value
6. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as first-page rankings or media coverage unless explicitly stated in writing. While we use best practices, all marketing efforts are subject to external variables including but not limited to algorithms, industry competition, and media availability.
7. Intellectual Property
- All custom content, reports, and assets created by us remain our property until full payment is received
- After full payment, copyright for written content and designs may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to display anonymised results or case studies unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing
8. Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and store data.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the previous three (3) months
- We are not responsible for loss of business, revenue or data caused by third parties, such as hosting providers or CMS platforms
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
